2012 AUDITIONS
Salt Marsh Opera announces auditions for all principal roles of its Fall 2012 production of Rigoletto . Rehearsals begin in September 2012. Salt Marsh Opera, based in Stonington, CT, performs in Westerly, RI and Old Saybrook, CT.

Saturday, January 7, 2012, 10am - 6:00 pm

Friday, January 13, 2012, 10am - 6pm

Ripley-Grier Studios
520 8th Avenue (between 36th & 37th)
New York City

REQUIREMENTS
Singers will be required to perform one aria in Italian.
Although Salt Marsh Opera will provide an accompanist, singers are welcome to bring their own.
There is a $10. audition fee which can either be mailed to Salt Marsh Opera, PO Box 227, Stonington, CT 06378 or brought to the audition.

SCHEDULING

• Agents and Singers may schedule an audition by downloading the Audition Application
• The completed form, resumé and headshot should be sent to auditions@saltmarshopera.org
• Multiple singers will be scheduled per half-hour block and singers will be heard in order of arrival.
• Please list scheduling restrictions or preferences; it is often not possible to reschedule an audition.
• Not every singer who submits materials will be granted an audition.
• Special audition arrangements will be made only if a role is unable to be cast during the published audition period.
